Corporate Photography Leamington Spa Warwickshire

Corporate-Head-Shots

A recent corporate photography request was to photograph a whole company in one image for use on the business's website. The initial email request was for the work to be done in my studio, however, my studio is really only large enough for twelve people maximum at a time and these guys wanted to bring thirty plus!

I often do location shoots for all kinds of work so I suggested to the company that we do these photos in a hall close to their offices in Leamington. It was then that I remembered that Leamington Town Hall can be hired out for meetings and this is right next to there offices so the stage was set for a large group photo for corporate photography.

The plan was to cut the people out from the background to be placed onto a white background, the same as a previous photo they had done some years earlier. I know from previous experience it is not easy to cut out large groups onto different coloured backgrounds to make good looking images. And because I didn't have both a large enough white background and a large enough white section of flooring for them to stand on I chose to just have the white under there feet this made making the final photo much easier and realistic because the feet and the shadow were correct I only needed to worry about the background.

The finished image was also to be further edited by the web developers to fit their specification.

I was also asked to create some headshots for the directors of the company.

Staff Portraits Warwickshire

staffportraits-12-of-16

Between September and November 2016 I was tasked with providing staff portraits photographing over forty staff for a veterinary company based in Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

My client wanted relaxed but a uniform style of portrait, I approached the task by agreeing a basic style of portrait that would be used for all the staff at all locations, six practices all with varying amounts of free space within each to set up and do the portrait photography.

Over the course of three day's I worked out of an X-Ray Theatre, a broom cupboard, an operating theatre and cramped staff rooms with all spaces having different coloured walls and ambient temperatures.  It was difficult to get the portraits to be exactly the same as I would have been able to if they were all taken in my studio but I am pleased with the results.

I also did some exterior and interior action photography for some operations taking place for a few of the practices at the request of my client. Overall it was a fun project getting to meet all of the staff of the business and see some cute animals as well.

Company Business Portraits Warwickshire

BusinessPortraits-2-of-6

Earlier in the summer, I was approached by a local firm of solicitors who required business portraits of all their staff, with two offices, twenty staff and busy schedules I needed to make two visits to their head office. One visit to photograph the majority of staff and another to capture the remaining staff and reshoot anybody who didn't like there portraits from the first visit.

My brief for the project was simply to create Business Portraits Warwickshire of the staff that were of good quality and interesting.  I was given free range to come up with an idea for all of the portraits preferring to tailor my work to each client I choose something different from the standard white background portraits.  Are talking over the ideas I had with Mark the senior partner we decided on a style that was a bit more artistic.
