Chris photographed our wedding at Alderson House in June 2017. The experience was fantastic and I would happily recommend Squire & Squire to friends and family. Unlike other wedding photographers we researched, Chris is professional and unpretentious and we are really pleased with the finished photographs. On the day, he was punctual, polite, put everyone at ease and provided a nice mix of staged shots and casual photographs of guests enjoying themselves. He has a great eye for staging romantic photos and he also shoots a mean dog portrait.

Chris is an excellent photographer, totally professional and a great person to work with. We chose him to take our wedding pictures at our dawn handfasting at Stonehenge on Earth Day 2017, followed by another ceremony in a wildflower meadow and reception at the Hawk Conservancy Trust. Chris's photos were amazing! They truly captured the atmosphere and joy of our special day. Chris went the extra mile to get the most beautiful images and produce not only a fabulous online digital album but an iconic hard copy wedding photo album that is a work of art. We take it with us on our sailboat wherever we go and so many people have admired Chris's work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for your special occasion!

So many great photos taken of our wedding blessing. Highly recommended. Very professional and great at working with your own requests.

Chris is superb! He is friendly, accessible, listens and will work to your requirements. He has an excellent 'eye' and will capture the moment perfectly. We could not have asked for more from a photographer. One his main strengths for our wedding was in the way he did not interfere with the day and took natural shots that brought out the best in us all. Chris comes with the very highest recommendation.

Me and my wife are very happy with our wedding photos taken by Chris! He is professional, friendly and took amazing photos on our wedding day. We would like to thank him again and we definitely recommend him!

I contacted Chris about taking wedding photographs in Warwick. We were travelling there for our honeymoon from the US. He was wonderful to work with from the beginning. He took care of all the arrangements for where we wanted the photographs taken. The photographs turned out beautiful! We are so happy we chose Chris for our wedding photos

Frequently Asked Questions

How far would you travel?
I mostly cover weddings around the Warwickshire area and up into the West Midlands around Coventry and South Birmingham.   For weddings beyond a 30-mile radius of Warwick travel costs will apply.

Can we meet up before the wedding?
Yes, it is very important for me to get all the details covered so I know fully where I need to be and when. This allows me to happily get on with my work, but most importantly for you to relax and enjoy your day, knowing everything is all under control!

I have a comprehensive wedding form that I ask couples to complete before the wedding but also it is worth meeting at the venue either for the engagement shoot or closer to the wedding to have a look around the venue to discuss the arrangements.

Do you do formal group shots?
Formal group shots are part of any wedding day, but it is ideal to keep these to a maximum of 10 groups as it is easy to get carried away. It is much better to capture natural groups as the day unfolds, I ask for the list of the chosen groups on the wedding information form.

Can you provide an album?
Our all-day package comes with an album this is designed to your specification the albums are very high quality and can be further upgraded at extra cost.  Wedding albums on their own start at £200.00.

How long do you keep the images for?
I do not delete the wedding pictures at all, they’ll stay online and backup at on my studio computer. That said it is always a good idea to keep your own backups for extra piece of mind.

What if the weather is poor?
We cannot guarantee gorgeous blue skies no matter what the month. However, if we happen to be indoors, my high-end equipment and ability to expertly shoot with both natural light and flash will ensure I can still capture fantastic results.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, I am fully covered by both professional indemnity (£50,000) and public liability (£5,000,000).

When is payment(s) required?
To secure the booking I require a 25% booking fee. The remaining balance will then be required no later than 7 days before your wedding.
