This policy outlines the social distancing policy for customers visiting our studio.

We are Open by Appointment Only

☐ Only clients who have a pre-booked appointment will be able to enter the studio.

☐ Groups of a maximum of five people from the same household or social bubble may enter at any one time.

☐ Appointments can be booked via telephone or email @ 01926-800105 or enquiries@squire-squire.co.uk

☐ A hand sanitising dispenser is located just inside the entrance hall.

☐ Please sanitise your hands as you enter the building using the dispenser.

☐ Additional hand sanitiser bottles are available to use in our studio.

☐ A toilet with handwashing facilities is also available for use, the toilet will be cleaned on an hourly basis.

☐ Your photographer will wear a protective face mask at all times during your appointment.

☐ Two metres of separation will be observed where possible.

☐ Paying by card is the preferred method of payment, we will, however, take cash for small transactions.

☐ This policy will be kept up to date to reflect changes to government policy on social distancing for businesses in England.
