Studio or location DOG PhotograpHy

Celebrate your furry friend with a Dog photography portrait session. We can accommodate dogs in our studio, or we can go out to places within the local area to capture your dog in natural surroundings.

Both types of portraits have their merits studio photography portraits focus entirely on your pet for more formal portraits, whilst outdoor shoots offer opportunities to capture your pet in action whilst also capturing the scene.

I really enjoy being a dog photographer, I find that animals warm to me, a lot of people have commented that I get on well with animals, which makes being a dog photographer a lot easier.

As a dog owner myself, I know different expressions of my dog, and it is these expressions that I aim to capture. Our pets are as cherished as much any other member of the family, they are there to be looked after, but they also look after us. Capturing dog portraits of them gives us something to celebrate and remember them by.

In studio, we stock a variety of backgrounds from dark colours to bright colours to make your pet portrait pop using the same techniques we use for any studio family portraits. Outside, we can draw on a vast knowledge of local locations and special techniques to get the best poses out of your pooch.
