Graduation day can be incredibly chaotic, rushed, and crowded. Our independent studio in Market Place offers a relaxed, unhurried alternative, but we are equally at home meeting you directly on campus. Whether you want a private, quiet studio session to sort your gown out and take classic portraits, or a relaxed outdoor shoot among the iconic buildings at the University of Warwick, Coventry University, or the University of Birmingham, we can tailor the session entirely to you
You don't need to fit your photos into graduation day itself. In fact, most of our graduates prefer to book a session in the weeks before or after their ceremony. Whether you're graduating from university, college, or school, coming in when things are calmer means we have plenty of time, there’s no pressure, and the portraits turn out so much better for it. Graduation season gets incredibly busy around May and June, and again during November and December, so booking a bit earlier or later is always a smart move.

We take plenty of photos during your session and upload them all to a private, password-protected online gallery. You can look through them comfortably at home, share them with family, and choose your favourites with absolutely no time pressure.
Gown Provided Free
We keep a generic black gown and mortarboard cap at the studio for you to borrow at no cost. If you want complete academic authenticity, we are always happy to advise on hiring the exact hood and dress for your specific university and degree when you book.
Professional Studio Lighting
We use a controlled, professional multi-light studio setup to create flattering, consistent portraits that are simply impossible to replicate with outdoor snapshots. Every image you choose is professionally retouched before delivery.

Our Essential package is £75, which includes up to an hour of studio time, 3 high-resolution digital images, and a 10x8" mounted print personalized with your university's name. Our Premium package is £155 and adds a professional LinkedIn headshot, extra digital images, and a framed print delivered to you. Additional digital files can always be ordered later for £30 each.
Do I need to book my session on graduation day itself?
Not at all—booking in the weeks before or after your busy, hectic ceremony offers a relaxed experience and better portraits. We are open year-round for flexible scheduling.
Do you provide the gown and cap?
We provide a generic black gown and mortarboard to borrow for free, though we recommend hiring your specific university hood for complete authenticity.
Can my family join the photography session?
Family members are completely welcome to join throughout the session at no extra charge, creating some of the most treasured images from the day.
How do I choose which images to keep?
After your session, we lightly edit all the images and upload them to a private online gallery. You can browse at your leisure, share the gallery with family, and choose your favourites without any time pressure or high-pressure sales. Additional images can be purchased at £30 each directly through the gallery.
